Does this happen in a specific game mode? Any actual game, practice is fine, drills are fine but a game runs in slow motion. Almost like it's throttled
Does playing another round or switching to a different mode resolve this? No, game runs fine until the ball is snapped.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: This would be a LARGE list. Changed resolutions, cleared EA app cache, running on lowest settings, etc.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
