Process Lasso shows Madden 24 at 100% CPU most of the time

even before i snap the ball its incredibly horrible looks like a slideshow and its so sucky because i was incredibly excited to play and then i get hit with this * show, unplayable and ridiculous 

Just got madden 24 trial. But my game runs in absolute slow motion. I have a laptop with gtx 1060. So above minimum requirements. And I have a fairly stable 30fps. Which should be fine as that's what consoles run at. Pre snap is fine. But the moment the ball is snapped the game goes into slow motion. Anyone else have the same problem?

Checking some performance stats my GPU is being used about 40% during game play. CPU 85%. So there's definitely room for improvement in performance

Does this happen in a specific game mode? Any actual game, practice is fine, drills are fine but a game runs in slow motion. Almost like it's throttled

Same thing happening to me. CPU is currently running around 39-42 degrees C while PC is idle. When I launch Madden 24, the CPU usage and temps spike through the roof. I've never seen my CPU reach temps in the 80s but here we are. What gives? 

Madden using 100% cpu and almost no gpu, no I don't have anything plugged in wrong and my pc should handle madden fine I've tried lowering all my graphics settings and also turning of anything unnecessary like the better looking hair. still will not stop running in slow motion in any game mode except mini games, its a shame because i really am enjoying the game in mini games but not fun at all that i cant play anything else considering this games full release is in like a day. please pay more attention to pc now that there's crossplay PLEASE

Yup Im glad this is just the 10-day trial cuz I would be pissed if I paid for this game and this is how it ran. And The rosters aren't even up to date. Zeke Elliott being in New England and Cooks being in New York is huge for those teams and neither of them are on the game. The game that runs in slow motion where the play clock runs out before I can even get into my play menu. Terrible why release something where the people can't even play each other

I preordered Madden 24 on my pc on the ea game launcher a while back and now that it's finally here, it's practically unplayable. It freezes all the time, the fps is not consistent, and all these issues are happening even with all my graphics settings as low as possible. I have a gtx2080 and an i7-8700k. Whenever I'm in a game task manager says Madden is using 100% of my CPU and like 0-3% of my GPU. I already tried to force the open gl rendering to use my GPU in GeForce experience but that did nothing. I'm not even sure if that was the issue but it was worth a shot. I also kind of think it may be a Directx issue because my computer usually runs games better at directx11 but to my understanding because there's no slider, madden 24 is locked at directx12??

madden has been constantly lagging and very framey and making the game unplayable with no way to fix it. please can you address this issue ASAP. people are spending money on a game that doesnt feel like it should have been released
