Ps4 Madden 24 blue screen when starting application

i downloaded madden 23 and 24 on my ps4 pro and once i finish agreeing to terms it starts to load and then kicks me out. have had the game since it came out and haven’t played a single game yet. help...

Boot in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

That should do it but if not try Restoring Licenses as follows: 

https://www.playstation.com/en-ie/support/games/restore-licences-playstation/

That didn’t work we still get blue screens in the middle of our games
