Reading this information that the Rep sent me (https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/close-ea-account/) it appears that deleting my account won't allow me to get access to my Madden again. It says:
"You won’t be able to use any platform accounts that you’ve connected to your EA Account, on another account. If this is why you’re requesting a deletion, let us know so we can help you another way."
How can I get help in "another way?"

Closing, deactivating or deleting your account will not help with this.
