Purchase on wrong version of madden NFL 24
I recently purchased madden NFL 24 for my Xbox Series S, after purchasing I didn't realize that I made the mistake of downloading the Xbox One version onto my Xbox Series S. When the games preorder released the other day I instantly purchased $145.00 worth of Madden points and open a bunch of packs using it. After that I loaded into a game and finally realized I was playing on the Xbox One version of the game. I quickly downloaded the xbox series s version. But, when I finally downloaded it I realized absolutely zero of my new cards I purchased on my Xbox One version of the game transferred over. I now how no clue what to do and would like help.

the game does not support cross-progression, meaning that all your currency, items, progress, etc. is unique to the platform you're playing on. So whatever you earn or spend on Xbox One does not transfer to Xbox Series S|X (and vice versa). For more info check out the FAQ on the Madden NFL 24 Dual Entitlement article.
However, you are supposed to get the pre-order bonuses on both Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X. We're working on fixing an issue that's preventing the bonus content from showing up on both platforms. Please keep an eye on this thread from the @MaddenNFLDirect Twitter for more info and updates:
