i play on console as well, i hope they fix this as soon as possible. i opened 2 cases to see if they fix this.

I received an email that my account has been banned without reason. I’ve done nothing wrong and I don’t communicate online with other players so I don’t know what would warrant my account being permanently banned. I’ve already had to purchase an entirely new system (XBox Series X) to even get cross play enabled in Madden 24 and now this? Not to mention you all ban someone without reason? What sense does that make? I’ve done nothing wrong. Please do whatever research is necessary and unlock my account. This is beyond ridiculous at this point.
