Also having the same issue. On all low settings, the game hovers between 80-90 fps but it's so stuttery, it feels like its running at 20 fps. The only thing that somewhat stabilizes the game is frame locking it at 60 fps, but that is not acceptable for the release of a brand new $100 game.
This was also a problem during the beta and EA claimed it would be fixed for the full launch of the game. Can we get an actual ETA on when this is going to be fixed because it's borderline unplayable?
