This has been happening for months with no fix. We spend 60 plus dollars on a game where only half the features work.
I am getting this error on PS5. It wont give me any progress on MUT champs. I have played 3 games now and it gives me the still processing message. Its been over 24 hours.

So I just had this happen to me. Was playing challenges (the Rookie ones) and after the second challenge, the game just kind of froze, with a black screen, except for the alternating badges (NFL/EA) in the lower left corner. It was stuck like that for a while, so I eventually restarted the PS5. I then got the "your previous game is still being processed by the EA Servers..." message and can no longer play any new challenges in that series. Went to a new subdivision of the set of challenges and again, played two just fine, but wouldn't go to the third. Had to restart again, and get that same message again. So now it seems to be sort of hit or miss I can replay the first two challenges for example, with no issues. Again, hangs up going to the third. The ones after it are locked, so I can't just skip it. What I've tried
clear cache
uninstall/reinstall
