Hi @howie39
The error "WS-116483-3" is a console-provided error, we can also try the following steps if you have not:
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
If you continue running into the error message we may need to reach out to Sony support.

- howie392 years agoNot applicable@EA_Illium Thanks for the response, I have tried all of the above and still getting the same error message and inability to get access to and download the game. I have spoke to Playstation/Sony support and they pointed me to seek help from EA. It's getting rather frustrating now as I'm completely unable to play the game, along with paying for an EA play subscription I can't get the full access of. What's the next steps from here?

@howie39 Did you figure anything out yet? I'm still unable to download after everything @EA_Illium has said so far.

I wanted to check if it would be possible to use something like a mobile hotspot to connect to the PSN network and check if it triggers the download for you?

@EA_Illium I just gave it a try but unfortunately theres still the same error code.

- howie392 years agoNot applicable@TrevorHaskell Ok so I’ve finally got my issue resolved. EA were unable to help with the issue. I had to create a ticket/help case with PlayStation and ask them to remove the game/version from my game library and explained the issue and error. It took about a week for them to fix it but hope this helps!

I am having the same issues as the other 2 people, I can confirm that I downloaded 3 day trial on same account that I tried to download ea play 10 hour trial, my Playstation account name is. They-Luv-Ronnie

Hey man, I’m running into the same issue. Who did you contact at PlayStation to get this request and how did you word it? Everyone I speak with seems to be clueless and keeps giving me the run around.
