Can we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
I have tried these steps. I am getting a message from steam saying that there are 3 files that failed to validate. They reinstall, and I still do not have access to Madden 24. I have checked for windows and graphics driver updates, run the system file checker, closed other applications, cleared the cache of the EA App, and even tried rebooting my router to make sure that wasn't an issue.
When I reopen the verify files, the same 3 files seem to require revalidation. When attempting to run the program, it takes me to the EA app, and won't load into the actual game post initial launcher getting to 100%.
Any updates I could try on this? I have run through all the troubleshooting you listed and nothing worked.
I think those files have to do with their anti cheat, I have 3 files also, and ran verify 2x installed 2x, and all. When watching services, when loading the anti cheat stops working... Might be the cause? Anit cheat so bad no one can play?
I am getting the same issue, the files being the anti-cheat causing the issue I think. The anti-cheat is causing issues with the loading of the game.
confirmed the files being ani cheat, as im looking at eaanticheat.gameservicelauncher.dll_b eaantichaet.gameservicelauncher.exe_b and preloader_l.dll_b
so im try deleting any without _b since each is double.. i mean cant break the game anymore then it is right hahaha
If it works let us know so we can do the same.
i wish it did my man... i have a thread on tech issues called ea app loop of death that has everything ive done, and pinged like every admin i could find lulz... so idk tech support said contact steam, steam saying contact ea... lulz

Apologies for the delay. Does this continue if you Clean Boot your PC (then attempt to verify the files and launch Madden)?
If so have you checked if another application may be limiting Steam/EA app and Madden?

if you se my post, where i went through every troubleshooting step.. no matter what happens, these files are bused, and they are anticheat files...
no resolve.. so clarify last friday i was playing madden 24, then the ea app made me update.. and then it breaks so.......

To clarify you've tried all of the following already?
Spoiler- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install or Repair the VC++ files for your game (Origin or EA app)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- Try a new user or admin account
If so, Can you confirm you have SecureBoot enabled on your device? (if you're not sure follow the guide at the bottom of our help article)

Correct, if you look at the actual post, you wold see ive done this, and so much more.. Tech support says bug, nothing they can do.. so here we are

To confirm does your device have Secure Boot enabled? (this is different than starting your device in a clean boot)
