Thanks for the additional information, to confirm it would not be possible to transfer progress or items from one platform account to another. If you started on one and have recently decided to move to a new account you would be starting over with your progress. 

Something else to note as well, if one of the accounts is gaming sharing access to Madden you won't get additional content to that account (like from deluxe editions).
