How is this STILL A PROBLEM three days after it was first reported?

This is holding up players from gaining points and rewards.

When is EA planning on addressing/fixing this?

I reported it day one and they deleted my thread. They are super aware of this problem at this point.

    this is getting rediculous

    I have never seen a game launch and not get a quick patch due to a widespread error that is game breaking
