Re: reason for the season Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time

Same issue, I played game 5 and was gonna go to OT and the game froze (Black screen where I still had sound strangely), when I closed out of the game and loaded it back up I get the error message every time now.

Which platform are you playing on?

What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account ID?

When did you first start getting the error message?
