Re: Virtual Controller error

If you're having trouble with the software you're using, it is recommended that you disable it before you start the game. Also, try connecting your controller directly to the USB port and running the game without using any extra software.

Thanks for your response. The controller is connected via USB and DS4 is required or else Madden 24 and Windows cant find the controller.

The problem which I am having now is that Madden 24 thinks I have two xbox controllers connected, I have one PS3 Dualshock controller connected.

Hey, the thing that worked for me is that if u have the DS4 software, open it up, click on stop if it is started, check it off startup on start and close it again, sorry if my english isn't the best. I hope it works out for you too!
