Really EA?
I guess Ill start off with some BRIEF history.
I have never in my time owning this game since Maybe Christmas of 2023 or March of 2024 played a SINGLE online game under this title.
I have NEVER jailbroken, cracked or whatever the term is used to mod my PS5. Infact I hardly play it anymore. My most played game is Forspoken which in and of itself is singleplayer.
I last played on August 22nd of 2024 and that was FRANCHISE SINGLE PLAYER. I don't even have PS+ so how could I of broken ANY rules???
I opened my game today to find out I have an active ban.Listed at 24/Sep/24 4:13 PM UTC
How? I didnt even play on the 24th. I didn't play any multiplayer as again I do not have PS+ So again HOW? It expired in February since I stopped paying for it. SO WHATS THE DEAL?
I went to the help page and and CONTINOUSLY I have to hit "Resume case" or "it will automatically close my case"
What's the hecking deal with my being banned 2 days after I played offline. Why is the reason completely blank?
How can I dispute this ban if I cant even keep my case open as it tells me to resume it anytime I leave the page without it notifying me that I need to RESUME my case?
Why is it I can prove
1. I don't have online Play
2. My username is not inapproarite.This will probably be the stretch they go to in order to keep this ban active. Again refer to #1 - you could of instead forced a name change instead of banning an account that Does not do online play
3. That I have not violated any Terms of Conditions, Rules and Regulations and Terms of Agreement but you guys can't submit a reason for my ban?
4. That I play strictly offline play in every single game I own
Edit: i'll probably get some silly copy-paste / Pre-filled response theyll select telling me to visit "Help" / can''t answer questions over the "Answers HQ". And redirect me to sending an email to their customer support team.
