Season 1 content provided on secondary account

XB1X. Been grinding my season. Got to level 20 yesterday. Close game out. (It’s my primary). Log in to second XB1 account. Open madden 24 for the very first time. Shoots me to level 21. Provides me Reggie white. Even though I never played a down on that account. Log back in to primary. Which is now level 21. With no Reggie White season 1 reward. 

Neither EA help Microsoft can provide solution. Had this been a random season 1 reward like coins or a pack, it wouldn’t be a big issue. However, Reggie is part of the season pass, and one of the only awards worth grinding for. My account that I play on now is essentially useless. The time for the grind is wasted. Why am I being punished for playing your game
