Season Passes Level Reset

Basically I logged into MUT about a week ago and realized that my field passes have reset. Previously in the season 1 field pass, I was almost level 30 so its hard to get back on ultimate team when I have to regrind for everything. However, the weird thing is that I still have my rewards from what I had previously earned. For example I have the level 20 rewards from when I previously hit it, but now I am back at level 1 and am getting those same rewards for the second time now. I have gone to EA chat twice now and both times they were friendly but no one has had a direct answer. I have restarted my PS5, and reinstalled the game, although nothing has worked. I have not seen any other reports on this so I don't know why it happened to me, so I am just trying to figure it out if anyone can help, thanks!
