Summarize your bug I'm getting wins in my playoff games but when the opponents leave, I get a loss and my season resets.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? compensation
What happens when the bug occurs? Season ends and I don't make it to the superbowl
What do you expect to see? it to be fixed

This bug is kind of annoying because I try to make it to legends division but I cant because of this glitch. I should have made superbowl and playoffs plenty of times. I'm missing out on packs and coins.

Summarize your bug In H2H season and Mut Squads my wins are not recording properly
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into H2H season and see than Im 8-0 and only one win has been recored and im 3-5 in MUT squads but only have one loss
What happens when the bug occurs? I go in play a game and win, and when i come out, no rewards
What do you expect to see? My rewards

What do you expect to see? Fix the issue

I cannot gain any playoff or Super Bowl rewards

Just to confirm, this only started happening for you recently, within the past week? 

yes this is going on about a week now, missing out on rewards... still no fix.

@EA_Kent I'm experiencing the same issue as odonnellcarter, but on xbox series s. Gamertag robitussin_pm. Note, I was on vacation during your previous fix for this issue. And hadn't played until this past week. Also worth noting that every game I play (Regular Seasons or Mut Champs) keeps overwriting game 1 in the logs. Not sure if that helps you guys on your end. Let me know if you need any more information from me, happy to help you guys troubleshoot (software engineer here).

Just started to get the h2h glitch the other day where it doesn’t count my season progression, yall said you prevented this from happening to new players and this just started for me about 2 days ago. Any help?

Summarize your bug My MUT seasons, MUT Champs, and Squads hasn’t tracked any of my progress the past few days. I’ve played many games and none of them have been tracked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing a H2H game and seeing if it counts the game
What happens when the bug occurs? I receive the regular win/loss coin rewards but my record doesn’t change and doesn’t contribute to my playoff record.
What do you expect to see? My games counted and being able to play in playoffs when I get enough wins

Same here I’m having the same issue 

My my it head to head record is bugged nothing I can do to earn my Super Bowl packs.
