Secure Boot Error

I just downloaded Madden 24. I am running into a similar issue that I did with FIFA 23 where I get the error with "Secure Boot not enabled". With my computer (iBuyPower purchased), my computer will NOT boot if I have it enabled. I have searched endlessly for answers to be able to play FIFA 23, & now I am running into the same issue with Madden 24. I am not sure what else I need to do - iBuyPower is not providing much assistance in the way of getting past this issue that comes up if I enable it in BIOS. Am I just up a creek & unable to play FIFA or Madden anymore? 

I have tried un/re-installing the anti cheat, removing other anti cheat programs, un/re-installing the game, installing the game on to a different drive, running the game/EA APP as admin & I have run out of solutions. 

Hoping someone can help.

    Hi @soulberg3 To confirm Secure Boot is required for EA Anti-Cheat, and we would run into an issue playing both titles if it is not enabled. 

    I would recommend continuing to speak with IBuyPower for assistance with their PC.

    Hi @soulberg3 To confirm Secure Boot is required for EA Anti-Cheat, and we would run into an issue playing both titles if it is not enabled. 

    I would recommend continuing to speak with IBuyPower for assistance with their PC.

    Showing my secure boot is not active but it is and i deleted all other anti cheats from other games as i had found that worked for someone else but my game will not start and ive been working on it for about 2 days now when i have time.

    So I get ResourceExtract failed:1113 Install failed:701 when trying to install the anti cheat to play madden 24 on PC. I've looked at all the tutorials, made sure my computer was in secure boot, that my antivirus allowed all EA apps and the anticheat, I've reinstalled the apps. Did a steam verify on the file because EA won't allow me to do that. Took me like 1-2 hours to do this and at the same time try to contact support since it was hard to even find a place to email or live chat. I live chatted with someone and they were as lost as I was and said I should wait and just post here.... So I have no options to post and wait here and hope and EA person can find this because they have been no help. 70$ and I can't even open the game. At this point im considering just refunding the game because I can't even open it or find a work around and apparently I am not the only one... And before any EA person asks "Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the anti cheat" and then linking me the same link that doesn't work.     @Cummiez Did another chat with Live people, they told me to do a clean boot start up with task manager and System Config, still didn't work (The EA app wouldn't even open. None of the options worked... This happened in FIFA 23 so I hope they found a workaround or update for this that they can quickly post to Madden... I was really looking forward to this but at this point if I can't get a fix or reply or update I'm just gonna refund it. Somehow I have 29 minutes in the game... but I haven't even gotten past the Anticheat "You don't have anticheat installed" thing....

    Exact same issue, nothing has worked whats so ever from any forum or video I have seen I am extremely upset.

    i have secure boot on and still having issues with the anti cheat im getting this crash report pop up. but i can boot up nba 2k23 just fine!

    @EA_Barry I have an MSI, I Just checked and it said secure boot enabled and active and i still can't play the game...

    It would honestly be helpful if you EA folks could explain why secure boot is so important to your software in the first place. Because for actual security engineers like myself, it makes zero sense. And all you've done is add unecessary complexity to the game making it impossible to play and risking this being the death of madden for PC.
