I believe it was level 18 when I had a choice of jerseys. I selected the alternative Washington home jerseys which are mostly black. I had seen them in a gameplay on twitch as well, so was excited to get them as an option. I equipped the jersey and in my games they display as the standard home jersey with a dark top and white pants. I am including images for you to see and correct.

BTW, no change today following maintenance.
Day 5, no change or reply from EA on progress after suggestions didn’t address. I understand there are bigger issues with the game, such as people not being able to play at all or having difficulty with various modes, but this fix might be very simple on EA’s side.
I checked AGAIN today after the patch, no correction to the uniform color.
Today's date is 9/07/23 and these uniforms are still showing the wrong version. In this thread it is already mentioned that there are possibly two uniforms that are somehow swapped in code. I know there are more important fixes the devs need to make, but I'm not giving up on my issue!
It's 9/13 and the uniform is still displaying the incorrect uniform, and another week has went by with zero response. Does EA even really care about it's product?

Today's date is 9/25 and I see no responses from EA for weeks, is that how you support your product? This is still an issue and at this point I'm pretty sure nothing has been done to even look into the issue. Here I am, keeping my receipts.

It's 10/05 today and the Washington Commanders are playing on Amazon's Thursday Night Football. It's a good thing EA doesn't have to look into any issues they'd have should their all black jersey's not be ready for gameday. I felt inspired and thought I'd change to my all black Washington jerseys. I was shocked, okay not really, to see the jerseys were still not patched for me to use. Yet another post and yet nothing from EA to engage in conversation with me. Why would customer service just continue to ignore something I continue to raise up as an issue since very early in the game?
