I can't even log in to MUT, I can play every other game mode except MUT.
Trying to get into MUT presents the error message, "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." and kicks me back into the home screen.

SAME i got out a game i won finally got back in servers now i get "game still being processed" so i cant get in another H2H

- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?

Any luck figuring out the issue? I pre-ordered as well and I’ve only been able to do the initial headliners and legends challenges, nothing since. No solos at all, no H2H, nothing. I’ve deleted and re-installed twice and still didn’t change

I'm on the PS5. If I try to create a new lineup using the empty option I get kicked back to my existing lineup but it has the new name. If I try to create a new lineup using the copy option I get kicked out of MUT completely, but not Madden, and receive the "servers cannot process your request" error. I can't save more than 1 lineup. I've tried emptying the lineup completely, with the exception of playbooks that can only be swapped out, but it didn't help. I tried a clean install and that didn't help.

I'm having the same issue. MUT for me is unplayable. I get the "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" msg when I try to play any game mode except for challenges. I tried creating new squads but it won't do it, it overrides the current squad.
Uninstalling.

Same thing on xbox, I cannot create new lineups, cannot play solo battles. I know it has something to do with lineups but I have tried all the suggestions but nothing helps.

I did all the recommended stuff changed lineup etc. Nothing is working. Please fix this EA so I can receive my progression points stat points and rewards for playing the solo battle game

Trying to play MUT on PS5. No matter what mode (H2H, Solo Battles, etc) I get the same error “our servers cannot process your request at this time”. I read somewhere it is a lineup problem. I am not able to create a second lineup, it simply renames the active lineup. I even removed every card from the lineup, restarted, then added them all back. It will not let me into a game. Even the challenges don’t work, they skip all the way into a headliners section I have already played and I cannot get to a set of challenges I have not played. This has been almost 24 hours now.

Can I have my money back if I can’t play MUT ?! I’m tired of not getting a game every time I search to play online. I bought the game for a $100 and can’t even play a mode I spent money on. This is Ridiculous EA

Hello,
I am getting a Server Error: our server Can Not Handle Your Request This Time. This has been going since launch date. I am on XBox Series S. I have 53 players on my team and the specialist section has the exact same player that are on offense and Defense. I have tried numerous attempt for EA Help and unfortunately no help. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.
