Community ManagerEver since the last software update my system has been slow in the Mut menu. Once i get in a game it is fine, but if I try to navigate around the mut menu it lags and eventually logs me off. I have tried to clear memory, and reboot modems and routers and the ps4 but it never helps. it has been going on for two weeks now and it is affecting my ability to advance in the game and this is extremely frustrating as I've already invested over $300 in the game this year.
The EA have always been junk but this year EA bought there servers at Dollar general! I’m dealing with the same issues. Once you’re playing a comp game or challenge it’s fine. You can’t complete sets or if you can it takes 30 minutes to put in the items because it’s so slow. I invested hundreds for nothing! EA will not make it right. The madden family and the NFL need to move on from EA!
