2 years agoHi @Chriser1969 When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
- 2 years ago@EA_Illium Just worked on doing this and it changed nothing. Still getting the same error; "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
From what I have experienced with this, it is not a hardware or software issue, but a profile issue once it occurs. I unlinked my account, and relinked it to the EA servers, and the error was gone. Unfortunately, so was everything I had done since the early access had unlocked. Hopefully that will help focus the efforts to get this fixed because right now, I am losing time every day this season continues and I am unable to play solo draft.
