Gen 5 X|S game
I get this error when I try to sign into my Madden account. My franchise campaign is saved in the cloud. Every time I turn on Madden and pull the right trigger to sign in, I get the "servers cannot process your request" error message. I don’t even go to franchise yet, I first try to sign on and it doesn’t work.

In order to access the servers, I have to unplug my console, hold in the power button for 5 seconds, plug the console in again, and turn it on. When I activate Madden, I’m then able to sign in 98% of the time without having to repeat the process. But, I have to do this EVERY TIME I want to play Madden.
same things happening to me, i played on the xbox one version with my friends than tried to sign on to the series x s version and it gives me the same message in the initial loading screen, and then it won’t sign me in when i press rt
