"Servers cannot process your request" error - Solo Battles

  • Which platform are you playing on? Xbox One
  • Are you playing the Gen 4 (Xbox One) Gen 4
  • Where does it give you the error? When I open the game and then after getting into Ultimate Team I am able to get into Solo Battles but after clicking my opponent and selecting my level it gives me the error and returns me to the home screen of the game.
  • Are you getting this error when you're trying to play a specific opponent? -No it is with all of the opponents listed.
  • When did you start seeing this error?  Every since my husband purchased the game. I have never been able to play Solo Battles and have only been able to play Headliners and a couple AKA Challenges
  • Do you remember making any changes to your lineup before it started happening? No changes were made
  • Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? My Gamertag is Shepatriot99, the email attached to the EA account is one of the following [edit: email address removed] or [edit: email address removed], I do have access to both of these emails.
