"Servers cannot process your request" error - Solo Battles

Madden 24 WON'T allow me to play Solo Battles or some challenges as it says the "EA Servers are Unavailable" or gives me some other error. Please help, we paid all this money for this game and it wont even let me play. Please do something about this as I am falling behind my husband in levels. This is not fair!

It is happening after I get into the Solo Battles, select the player I want to play, then after clicking the Pro Level it gives me the error and returns me to the home screen. I have never been able to play Solo Battles since we got the game.

This is the fourth day in a row in which I log into Madden 24 and start to play my solo challenges. During the middle of my “first” match I get (END GAME) and the another message right after stating I have lost connection with EA and need to sign back in. This happened a lot in Madden 23 however when I immediately logged back in I could replay that challenge. 
nownin Madden 24 I log back in and get a DNF. This is annoying in general and did not complain lossy season due to I could replay that challenge (although it was annoying that I lost all progress during that play going towards my goals but at least I could redo. Now I loose all progress and I can’t redo either . Very disappointed as this time I can’t finish my daily goals. I hope this gets fixed because this is the 4 day in a row and seems to be a problem with the EA network system. Usually happens between 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm eastern standard tiemzone.

Did you get a fix? 

same things happening to me, i played on the xbox one version with my friends than tried to sign on to the series x s version and it gives me the same message in the initial loading screen, and then it won’t sign me in when i press rt

FIX YOUR GAME.
Whenever you go into solo battles it takes you immediately to the My Rank screen. I played 3 solos this week, annd have been locked out since. Just like everyone else experiencing the same issue. We shouldn't need to write you a novel. Figure it out or start handing out refunds. And maybe don't add "win x amount of ganes" as a * achievement when you know this issue is happeneing. Can't spell '*' without an EA, amirite?

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue. Been since Friday around 1pm it stoped working. First stated the error page then everytime now takes me to straight rewards for the week.

Help me, I’m on Xbox one version, the zero chill event won’t let me in right when I click on it. It happens when my controller died and kick me out when loading it now it wont let me in. If you can reset it from game 11 that would be amazing

playing on ps5

was playing reason for the season. Played game one but lost connection during game two.

started getting the error when trying to re enter rfts. Thought if I hit retire it may let me back in, but continued to get that error message.

really hoping to play some more as I was enjoying the games.

Already posted that I was on ps5 and it would no longer let me play reason for the season after I lost connection.

now, even when I go to challenges, it just takes me to the challenge of reason for the season game 3 and won’t let me play any other challenge. 

can’t play any game right now.. really frustrating, I just want to play. I’ll accept that I can’t play reason for the season anymore, but I’m not able to play anything
