"Servers cannot process your request" error when entering MUT

I just bought 2800 points thru Microsoft and they showed up in my Madden account. I used those points to purchase the Team Draft Starter Pack. The game said Error the servers could not process your request at this time, try again soon BUT IT TOOK MY POINTS. I restarted the game, thinking it was a glitch but nope it really took my $25 worth of points and gave me nothing.
