Community ManagerIve been experiencing this issue since monday night (11/20) and missed out on special harvest and blitz promotions.... I have reset my connection on my router and xbox series s, reinstalled the game, but no luck still. I then thought it might be my account itself since i tried installing madden 23 but the same issue persisted. Contacted EA and with my case (#161138427) being listed with no fix, I decided to try taking my xbox profile off and signing in again but now my data can't even sync to load up the game. Leaving me to play in offline mode when ive been wanting to play ultimate team for nearly a week now.... Any help is appreciated.
