"Servers cannot process your request" error when entering MUT

I'm playing on a PS5 and it started 2 days ago on 20231203. I didn't make any changes that would affect loading into the game. I've checked my connection and I'm logged into EA when I try to load MUT. I'm missing out on daily challenges and other daily rewards. I've been playing madden for years (long time consumer). Can I receive something for the days of challenges I miss out on?
