Hi EA_Kent,

I have the same problem and play on the PC. To be honest, I'm tired of these excuses from support!
It's the same * every year! We can't even begin to do our dailies and all we get are stupid excuses.

It's definitely the last EA game of my life. I've said this before, but it's just a rip-off from EA!

Are the words rude? Sure, but it's not a personal attack on the support staff, but a big wave of the finger in the direction of EA!
