  • Which platform are you playing on?                                                                                                              PS4
  • Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game?  Gen 4
  • When did you start seeing this error?                                                                                                           February 6, 2024 at around 12:30 AM Pacific Time
  • Do you remember making any changes to your MUT lineup before it started happening?                          Maybe inserted S4 Jerry Rice?
  • Can you think of any other info that might be helpful?                                                                                  NONE
