Same here, also in Germany. Can't login any evening after work since 14.05.2024

Worked during the day on the weekend and early Tuesday morning this week.

Can't play in the evening since 9 days. No help from EA Help at all.

Do something in Europe/Germany about this! Fix your Servers EA!

    its a telekom problem, i tried a mobile hotspot from my mobile ( O2) and connected to my ps5 and it worked right now, if i switch to my normal internet connection ( Telekom) i get the error...

  We don't have an update on this yet. For now, the best I can advise is to contact support for Telekom to see if they can assist. Chances are good, we won't have any news until next week.

    How can this be a telecom problem? We can play normal online h2h. only ultimate team doesn't work
