We don't have an update on this yet. For now, the best I can advise is to contact support for Telekom to see if they can assist. Chances are good, we won't have any news until next week.

    I'm in Australia and have the same issues! Can never play Madden. Have done all the methods and all advice from both EA and my ISP. No changes.
