"Servers cannot process your request" error when entering MUT

Hi everyone,  Are you getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to enter Madden Ultimate Team? Please share the information requested below!  Which platform ...

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
    PS5
  • Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game?
  • PS5
  • When did you start seeing this error?
  • Today 8-7-24  
  • Do you remember making any changes to your MUT lineup before it started happening? 
  • No
  • Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? 
    I also get this error on CFB 25.
