Servers keep crashing

Dear EA,

While trying to enjoy your Madden 24 superstar mode I start a game it crashes. I restart it, it crashes again. It’s been doing this to me for two days straight. Why must it run off the EA Server. While typing this it crashed again I can’t even play the game without it crashing every 5 minutes. Yes I rebooted my Wi-Fi, yes I restarted the game. Can’t even enjoy the game or try to. Real close to asking for a refund.
