Slow motion glitch on Pc

I've been playing Madden for over a week now waiting for a patch to release to fix the issue, but there still isn't any solution. Whenever I snap the ball in offline mode my game goes into slow motion and whenever I play online modes I have progressively increased input lag as the game goes on, sometimes up to 15 seconds where I am forced to quit. My PC is above minimum spec requirements and it seems many other people are suffering from a similar issue. My game settings are on all low/off, I lowered my resolution to 720p, locked fps to 30, and have tried both borderless windowed and fullscreen without seeing much of a difference with either one. I have verified the integrity of game files multiple times, made sure to install the latest drivers, and cleared EA cache. I'm still not sure if it's something on my end but if there is anything else I could test/change I'm willing to try whatever to get this fixed.
