This is amazing!! No replies in 3 weeks. I gather from this that no one else is having issues playing and recording their game footage without massive stutters in the recordings? Maybe it's that EA doesn't really care about the PC community when their bread and butter is made on the console and MUT gamers.
I use Streamlabs. It's free to use and simple to setup and operate. When you want to record it's just a click away. It has other advanced options that I don't use.
I just tried it today and I had a stuttering recording. You have no issues?
What are your settings, if you don't mind saying?

Simple or Advanced output mode?
H.264 or 5?
Rate Control?
Bitrate?
KeyFrame Interval?
Preset?
No response? Hmmmm...........
I just used the default settings without changing anything.
