strategy items totally empty in the market

Summarize your bug You have to have the All Madden Strategy Item to play MUT SQUADS and have had to use a strategy item to play the game mode for the better part of two months with Most feared and All Madden Programs. Both programs ended but still requires you have the All Madden strat cards to load into a MUT squads Lobby. I thought this would be fixed with the strat card bs when season 3 updated but MUT SQUADS still requires the all madden strategy even though players have sold the item since its worthless. Additionally in squads the strategy card has no effect on the game but you need it to play. Please fix this game mode so I can play with my friends after two long months of making us use strategy items for squads I am begging EA to let me play the game I bought with my friends.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on the game. GO to MUT SQUADS. Realize you need to have a strat item to play. Do your jobs?
What happens when the bug occurs? Well it always occurs. You can't play the game mode if you sold the strategy item. The program ended 2 weeks ago and most people sold the strat item for coin not knowing yall would lock squads behind it still.
What do you expect to see? I EXPECT THIS TO BE FIXED ASAP AND NOT ME TO HAVE TO GO ON A FORUMN TO TELL EA TO FIX THE GAME I PAID MONEY FOR.

Anyone who’s not able to get the zero chill strategy card due them removing snowflakes from the store, please report it at ea.com/help so that they can fix it or do a work around. The more reports, the more chances they’ll fix it
