Am I missing something, I completed the challenge, found the "hidden egg", but not receiving anything for completing the "hidden challenge"

I accomplished the hidden Easter egg solo challenge & received nothing. I’m not sure if this is by design but is extremely frustrating since I spent time searching for it per the challenge.
i guess this is currently broken for everybody...
