Take 2:EA AntiCheat Service Encountered an Error. Please restart the game. (111)

So, I'm getting the anti cheat error.  My first post got the following response:

This happens when EA anticheat can't find the installation folder or can’t start the game. There are two ways to fix this.

Relaunch the EA app (even if you got the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store) as an admin by right-clicking on it and choosing Run As Administrator. Then, relaunch the game from the EA app directly.

Reinstall EA anticheat.

However, neither of these worked.  I also tried reinstalling the entire game.  No luck.  It's been over a week since I posted my last update, so I figured I might as well try again.

1. Are there any other verified solutions to this problem?

2. If there aren't, when is EA going to address the problem?
