The madden 24 conpanion is being very diffucult to log in

When I log into my normal.account It tells me I only have a pc account when I don't even have a pc. So I try to connect my "account" to my psn it tells me my psn is already connected to some random email that doesn't even exist like it say @ anonymous or something like that. When all I am trying to do Is link my psn to my ea account. So what I really want to know is what in the world is that random email and why is it holding my account hostage from me connecting to it.
