There was a server error, please try again later.

For the past 2 days or so, every time I try to buy a pack from the store i get the message "There was a server error, please try again later." where normally it would pull up the steam purchase menu. Anyone else ever have this problem and were you able to fix it? I've been extremely patient with this game and all the bugs it comes with so I don't want to do endless searching of their website to see if its a known issue, and the QR code help option doesn't work in game.

    Alright guys, I know this isn't a 'fix' but It's the best we're gonna get and it'll do if you're itching to waste a little money. Just open the EA app (not through steam), go to the Madden 24 store page and look for the 'Add ons". There you should see the list of Madden points that you can purchase and use. Tested this before I posted, works as intended. Bought the $25 package.

    Also same problem. Done everything you suggested. Can’t buy anything under $100 bundle.

    i just put $25 in my steam wallet and it wont let me purchase any madden points.

    Every time i try and buy points it says ''server error please try again later'' this has been going on for the past month can some please explain for me

    Worked for me!

    FIX (for anyone who had this other issue like me)
    Trying to buy points under $50 wouldn't work, and ended up stopping my EA app from working. These steps worked for me...

    windows>add or remove programs>find EA app>click uninstall>click repair.

    Fixed it right up, and now I could get into the app to then buy the points via madden store (which transferred in game).
