There's a problem with your download

Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again.

Man i have been on this forum for 3 hrs. Uninstalled all games and the app. Reloaded the app and still.................... have no problems with any other games other then Apex and Madden 24.

Please help

@ShootinBlanks07 hi, i get the same problem. are you using microsoft PC game pass? because i do and have link it and i face the same problem. i cannot download any E A games. until now.

@ShootinBlanks07 I had this same issue just purchased the game for the discounted price on the game pass and it still won’t let me download it

Having same issue loading from gamepass eaplay. Tried everything can find online to fix issues no luck.

Dealing with the same problem. I can download any other game but when i try to download madden it just gets stuck in "Preparing" and then "There's a problem with your download" pops up

Same thing here. Happing past 12 hours. Reinstalled ea app and no change

man, y'all idk what happened but i got on this evening and i went to install madden through game pass and it started working. Went to the ea app and started downloading apex and it worked. Man, I don't know what happened but mines working. Hey @EA yalls company is worth 34 billion. Make the app work the amount of people that are having problems is sad.
