Think my twitch drops got sent to ps4 instead of xbox one?

Hello,

I redeemed twitch drops from twitch mutmas streams. It's been two days since I got my mut set up on xb1, claimed twitch drops the day of, so I think they mightve gotten sent to my ps4 account which I haven't played mut 24 on instead of my Xbox one account.

Let me know what credentials would be necessary to claim the rewards. Thanks!

    Hey @TonyAux 

    Apologies to confirm we can't send in-game rewards here on the forums. 

    I would recommend using the links above to make sure your Twitch account is linked to the EA account associated with your Xbox (if that is where you play and want the rewards). If you have gotten them on another platform already, then we won't be able to move them over. 

    However, if you haven't and don't see them, reach out to our support to take a further look.

    No I don't have mut 24 on ps4. I have it on Xbox one so I was wondering if I could get them transferred over

    I need to know when it's OK for me to redeem my twitch drops for today so that it can go to my xb1 account. Idek how to link it

    So this is my old ea account that I have my xb1 connected to. I finally figured it out again, and I can relog into the ps4 one to confirm that from there if necessary. So from now on I'll log into twitch from there to get mut drops. However, I also missed the deadline to receive my drop from last nights stream in this process. I'm pretty sure it said it would erase at 5 am tomorrow? So I'm now missing two of my drops on my xbox one. Is there any way to recover these? I just started mut again so I was late to the mutmas event but if I could get those 2 to reach 6 total tokens (plus the other drops) by the time you get back to me it would really help my team. Just trynna get that donald penn upgrade. Thanks.

    So I have two accounts. One from last year when I couldn't login to this account and one from the account I've had longer. I have an Xbox one and a ps4, from different madden, on different accounts. I haven't played both consoles in any one year. My twitch was connected to the ps4 one and I didn't realize that they were different when I claimed them. The other twitch drops disappeared while I was waiting for a response. 

    Wondering if I can get both twitch drops connected to the account I'm currently on (Xbox one), the one that got sent to the ps4 account which I don't have madden 24 on, and the ones that disappeared yesterday while I was waiting for this to resolve. If I can it would be greatly appreciated. I connected the Xbox one ea account to my twitch so that this shouldn't be a recurring issue. Thanks.
