EA APP says "This game hasn't released yet" when trying to load Madden 24 and it has been out now for 1 hour

@EA_Illium I’ve tried doing this and downloaded the game multiple times what other versions are there ? I haven’t payed for the 69.99 just the monthly 14.99
On the 4th time chatting with support, they are aware of the the issue where it says the game has not released. It is an issue on there side, they are working on the issue and hope to have it fixed soon. It is pretty awful that we paid for the early release and this probably won't be fixed before the world wide launch on the 18th.
I have restarted the app
Rebooted the PC
Repaired the game
Reinstalled the EA App
Reinstalled the game
Nothing works so all we can do is wait and have our anger boil... again.
