This game hasn't released yet

So my Madden 24 was stuck on "Preparing" for 2 days, finally fixed this morning and I was able to download it, and then this happens. We really need to get a new company to make NFL games, this is horrible.

This is what EA said yesterday...

  So basically, they are telling people that paid for early access and have a deluxe edition to just wait, you might eventually get 1/2 of what you paid for

The Issue: I cannot access the game for early access or at all!

The EA App counted down to 8pm on 8/14, when I pressed play, the game shows the error:

This game hasn't released yet
Wait until the official release date (Aug 14, 2023,8:00PM) to launch Madden NFL EA Play Pro Edition

I have cleared the cache
Restarted the app
Rebooted the PC
Repaired the game
Reinstalled the EA App

Nothing works

- Which platform are you on? PC
- Are you getting an error message? This game hasn't been released yet, release date is 8/14 8pm
- Did you pre-order the Standard or Deluxe version of Madden NFL 24? I ordered the Deluxe Loyalty edition on June 2023
- Do you have an active EA Play or EA Play Pro subscription? Yes, I have an EA Play Pro subscription

i have the same issue ive been trying to fix for like 10+ hours ever since it released ☹️

What i s the new zealand method?  The folks @EA said that it was a problem on their end.  On the 14th, I had a timer on the launcher app, when it got to 0, the play button appeared and have had the issue ever since.
