this software cannot be used at the same time as the game

whenever i open ea games i cannot enter. i am using a virtual controller but i need to else i cannot play games on controller. is there a fix of some sort for this issue without closing my virtual co...

If you have ds4 windows application or a similar application, make sure it's turned off. ds4 windows will cause this error message.
