this software cannot be used at the same time as the game

whenever i open ea games i cannot enter. i am using a virtual controller but i need to else i cannot play games on controller. is there a fix of some sort for this issue without closing my virtual controller, which i need to play games because i have a dualshock 4? thank you for any responses that can help. the attached file is an example of the error i get when opening games

This absolute garbage. Screw EA. My controller messes up, so I go to use this with my PC since I have a PS4 controller laying around, and I cant launch Madden 25 cause of this. So glad I didn't waste money on it. Time to cancel my EA play.
