Transfer account to next gen madden 24

Hello, I just realized the last two days i have been playing the wrong version of madden 24. 

does anyone know if there is anyway you can transfer anything over? Im literally losing my mind I spent money and time over the last fews.

Im freaking out right now I literally needed one single thing to go my way this week one single thing at all and instead im having a mental breakdown. The one thing I was excited about is now probably absolutely crushed because I was playing the wrong version.

Please somebody tell me how to transfer everything im so upset

    Hello @Sandyd0g,

    I understand that is a distressing issue for you. Sadly, Madden 24 doesn't have cross progression. The only things that transfer, when you go from the old gen to the new gen are avatar progression and gear purchases that have been purchased within Superstar mode.

    So I basically just lost all the money I put into the game there no way you can wipe my account and move anything over not even refund my points? The games are displayed with the same exact picture and same exact description, how are players supposed to see that?

    EA is a scam. Just get your money back. That's what I'm doing. I bought the game thinking I could play on multiple consoles now everything won't transfer. How does that even make sense?

    i also Spend over $1000 in madden ultimate team, to come and find out if using old gen app and not the new gen! Am i able to get a refund or transfer everything over? I need help fast @EA_Pythia

    That’s wrong you can transfer everything from ps4 to ps5 the only catch is you have old gen game and new gem game

    Let’s make a petition for ea to enable cross progression because it’s honestly screwed up that even tho it’s the same account it doesn’t have the same players
