Twitch drops not showing up

My account, I'm assuming became unlinked from my twitch. When I went into connections, it showed a username I didn't recognize, so I left it alone. An hr later, it shows the button for link, but tells me i cant link it anymore. As far as twitch goes, it showed progress, but never received twitch packs even though I got notifications. When I go into my twitch, it says I'm still connected to EA. is there a way to relink to the same account that was there before or what should I do?? Please, I'm desperate and don't want to pay a fake person in China to "try and help me"
